You text a link

Named after the job, in your Document Requests inbox and your file library, the moment they tap Send. Your TMS, HR or billing system can get it too, by webhook or API.

Private by design
Each link is unguessable, works only for that request, and expires. The person uploading sees your company name and what you asked for — nothing else about your account. Uploads go only to you.
Readable the first time
The same page finder and clean-up filters as the CrunchFile scanner run on their phone before anything is sent: shadows gone, edges straight, text crisp. Multi-page packets arrive as one PDF named after the job.
